Can an individual purchase a license to a CE program?

No, we do not currently offer individual licenses to our learning materials. Our rates are for entire facilities. One license permits all staff within the free-standing facility to utilize our service. 

What's included with an annual license to MyERS Learning Center?

MyERS Learning Center access is provided with our materials-only licenses. This is your central hub for accessing our monthly CE activities. New materials are accessible on the first business day of each month. Once you login to MyERS Learning Center you will have access to:

  • CE activities in PDF
  • Competency assessments in PDF
  • Answer keys in PDF Administrator ONLY
  • Tracking records in PDF Administrator ONLY
  • Downloadable SCORM 1.2 compliant learning modules Administrator ONLY

Account Setup and Management

Is there a limit to the number of staff members that can enroll?

Up to 1,000 staff members within your free-standing facility can enroll with a single annual license to MyERS CompletE.

Need more than 1,000 accounts? Consider our custom LMS option with unlimited staff enrollment. 

What is an Employer Code?

Once your organization's MyERS CompletE account is activated, the administrator of our CE program(s) within your organization will receive an Employer Code. The Employer Code is then used by staff to create their new MyERS CompletE account. If an incorrect Employer Code is entered, CE activities are not accessible.

How will staff obtain a new MyERS CompletE account?

From homepage: Select the "Sign up" button in the upper right corner of the browser window.

From staff login page: Select the "Create New Account" button.

Enter your contact information, login details, and "Employer Code". Contact the administrator of our CE program(s) at your organization to obtain your organization's Employer Code. Once you successfully enter your organization's Employer Code, you are automatically enrolled in the CE program(s) your organization has licensed.

I registered for an account, but I have not yet received a verification email. When can I expect to receive it?

You should receive your verification email within a few minutes, however they are sometimes intercepted by spam filters. If you have not received your verification email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. Contact us ( if you are unable to locate your verification email.

CE Contact Hours and Certificates

How many CE contact hours are earned by completing the competency assessment that accompanies each CE activity?

One (1.0) contact hour is earned for each successfully completed competency assessment. You must answer 9 out of 10 questions correctly to successfully complete a competency assessment. 

Can the CE contact hours I earn be used to satisfy the CE requirements of my nursing license?

Yes! We are approved as a provider of continuing education by the Florida Board of Nursing - provider #50-4366. All state licensing boards that have CE requirements for license renewal accept CE approved by another state's licensing board. Eligible to earn CE contact hours through our education programs:

Will the CE contact hour certificates I earned through MyERS Learning Center transfer to my new MyERS CompletE account?

No, MyERS Learning Center and MyERS CompletE are built on separate platforms. There is no communication between the two tools. All CE contact hour certificates earned through MyERS Learning Center will remain accessible on If your organization upgrades to MyERS CompletE, we will continue to maintain your organization's MyERS Learning Center account - therefore your Staff account will remain active. Once your organization has upgraded to MyERS CompletE, all online testing will be conducted through MyERS CompletE. You will only need access to your MyERS Learning Center Staff account to retrieve copies of CE contact hour certificates you earned in the past. If you need assistance accessing your old Staff account on, please email us at or contact the MyERS client experience manager assigned to your organization's account.

Yes, all MyERS CE activities published since January 1, 2021 are available as SCORM learning modules. SCORM 1.2 compliant learning modules are available for download through your organization's MyERS Learning Center account.

Do I have to download software to utilize MyERS CompletE?

No, MyERS CompletE is a cloud-based service accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. No software to download. No servers to maintain.
